Adrienne King is an American actress, best known for her portrayal of Alice Hardy in the iconic horror film “Friday the 13th” (1980) and its subsequent sequel “Friday the 13th Part 2” (1981).
Born on July 21, 1960, in Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York, King rose to fame with her role in the “Friday the 13th” series, which saw her character face off against the deranged Pamela Voorhees and later become one of the earliest survivors of Jason Voorhees’ wrath.
After her stints in the franchise, she took a hiatus from major film roles, mainly due to a stalking incident which affected her deeply. Later in her career, Adrienne ventured into voice-over work and appeared in various genre conventions, where she embraced her status as a beloved horror icon.
Beyond acting, King also pursued ventures in the arts, including painting and winemaking, showcasing her versatility and passion for creativity.
